Signature Mortgage Company collects and uses personal information for legitimate business purposes and our Privacy Policy has the purpose of protecting your personal information from unauthorized third party disclosure.
Signature Mortgage Company will not share the nonpublic personal information of our clients with unauthorized third parties except as permitted by law. For example, providing information to industry regulators, to law enforcement agencies, for fraud prevention, to credit bureaus and to third parties that assist us in processing the transactions you authorize.
Signature Mortgage Company maintains policies and practices that protect the security and confidentiality of our clients information. Loan prices are usually stated in terms of the interest rate, points and other fees or costs. A point is equal to one percent of the loan amount and is paid to the lender, broker or both at the time of closing on your home. |

What are closing costs? |

Closing costs may include appraisal fees, flood certifications, surveys, title policies, title company closing fee, document preparation fees, county recording fees, origination fee, credit report fee, tax service fee, underwriting fee, and courier fees. These fees should be a part of your "Good Faith Estimate" that you should receive from your loan officer. Some brokers will not charge these fees but normally cover these fees or costs by charging a higher interest rate. |
